Our Story
International European University
Welcome to the International European University Faculty of Medicine, located in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Established on April 30 2003 as UMEU. Our institution is committed to providing high-quality medical education to students from diverse backgrounds. At IEU Faculty of Medicine, we offer multiple pathways to obtaining a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree, each designed to accommodate varying educational backgrounds and career aspirations. Our flagship program is the Doctor of Medicine (5 Years), which commenced instruction in 2023. This comprehensive five-year curriculum is conducted entirely in English and is open to all non-citizen students who have completed secondary education. Prospective students must successfully pass an entrance exam to gain admission
